Employer Start Up Package

$1,549.00

At EASI NZ we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions for Employment Paperwork.  Whilst all employers are bound by the same legal requirements each business has a unique operation requiring tailored solutions.  The purpose of paperwork goes far beyond legal box ticking, it is your “playbook” setting expectations both for you and the employee right from the start and a reference point to turn to in tricky situations.  If your employment paperwork doesn’t match what you do in practice, it really does just become a box ticking exercise which holds very real practical value.

When you select our Employment Paperwork Package, you are not getting an off the shelf, one-size-fits-all solution – you are getting a set of paperwork that will align with your business’ operations and values and set you on the path for positive working relationships with your staff.

What can you expect on purchasing the package?

  • You will receive an email requesting some more information about your business operation that will be passed to one of our HR Business Partners, which will help them to understand the unique needs of your business.

  • Your HR Business Partner will be in touch with you on receiving this information to arrange a time to meet with you (virtually or in person) to discuss your requirements.

  • They will then work with you to put together 3 key pieces of paperwork essential to any productive (and legal!) employment relationship:

1) A tailored Individual Employment Agreement.  Your agreement will be crafted to ensure:

  • Ease of use for all employment scenarios

  • They are easy to read and understand – ensuring clarity from the outset

  • They protect your business in line with your specific requirements (with everything that they require, and nothing they don’t)

2) A clear job description with measurable outcomes. Our job descriptions go beyond just a list of tasks to be completed they also ensure:

  • There are clear, measurable outcomes that help your staff understand what is expected and you have clear benchmarks for measuring performance

  • They are tied to your values – ensuring employees aren’t just doing the job but they are doing it in line with your values

3) A tailored staff handbook.  Having clear policies and procedures in a handbook will help to:

  • Ensure clarity for all staff and managers on expectations and how different matters will be dealt with

  • Create a guide for owners or managers on dealing with different situations – from common matters such as leave applications, to less common, but critically important situations such as disciplinary matters

  • Ensure any information that may change is separate from IEAs making the process for change simple

Once completed you will be advised on the correct process for issuing the paperwork to ensure you do so in a way that meets your employer obligations.
