Staff Support Package

At EASI NZ we are passionate about the benefits to businesses, and their employees, of regular staff catch ups and reviews. These should involve a mixture of:

· Keeping employees up to date with what is happening in the business (context is everything when they are trying to understand the “why” behind what is happening)

· Reviewing employee performance

· Reflecting on whether a job description is still representative of the role they are doing

· Checking in on well-being

· Hearing what they feel is going well and what they have found challenging

· Creating an open forum to share anything and everything that might be influencing or impacting on their ability to succeed in their role.

· Hearing what their aspirations are

We’ve been listening to our clients and we’ve heard two consistent messages:

1. I struggle to find time to do this

2. I feel my employees might open up more to someone from outside of the business

Taking account of this, we’ve created a new offering. Whilst we remain convinced that to discuss performance requires the presence of the employee’s manager or supervisor- we can take a lot of the time-consuming check-ins on everything else off your plate.

What does this look like in practice? We meet with your staff on a quarterly/monthly basis for about 30 minutes and facilitate a conversation to hear what’s happening for them. We can tailor this to you and your employees needs. We provide feedback to you or your managers on any action points, patterns of concerns, or with the employee’s permission, needs of individual employees.

We will then support you with running a quarterly performance management program with each employee.

In addition, you have the ability for employees to contact us directly (up to 1 hour total per month) with non-operational HR questions

On-call support:

How does this work in practice:

- Where an employee enquiries come to more than 1 hour per month this suggests that there is a bigger issue at play – we will contact you to get

permission to incur further costs and to support you with any steps necessary in the business to proactively deal with the issues at play.

Package Details

· Monthly Staff Catch ups – 30 minutes

· Quarterly performance management meetings

· Meeting with manager/supervisor and EASI NZ present every 3 months

· 1hour of staff direct calling to EASI NZ with concerns/queries etc

· Monthly report back to managers.

· If a significant issue identified, employer needs to make a plan how to deal with long term, EASI NZ will look to support this which may incur additional costs.

· Business as usual programme identify issues, successes,

· $250/month per employee
